Start the year by reconnecting with your body through movement!

Join us on January 31st for a high-energy hip hop dance class designed to get you moving and feeling good.

Whether you dance all the time or have never taken a class before, this space is for you.

Led by an experienced instructor, we will learn fun choreography, move together, and celebrate what our bodies can do—at your own pace.

Bring a water bottle, comfy clothes, and your energy.

This is for Black, Indigenous, and Women of Color only.
